Pre-WW2 Soviet Excellent Shooting Badge
This is a good example of the Soviet excellent shooting badge, awarded before WW2. This medal has a marksman with a rifle in front of a red star and hammer and sickle. The metal is a bit toned, and there is a chunk of red enamel missing from the top of the star. The back is pretty dark, with a bright stopper disc.
