Major Thomas Ferebee Signed Card 1945 Hiroshima Atomic Mission
This is a very nice, historically significant signature, coming from Major Thomas Ferebee, an American bombardier who as aboard the Enola Gay during the atomic mission to drop the atomic bomb "Little Boy" on Hiroshima on August 6th, 1945. This card is much like a business card, featuring the insignia of the US Army Air Force with the signature of Major Ferebee beneath it, as well as his name typed out. Hiroshima and August 6th, 1945 are on the bottom edge of the card. The back of this card is blank. The signature is genuine and live, as this is an authentic, live signature, and not a print. This card measures about 3 1/2 x 2 inches. Major Ferebee passed away March 16th, 2000, making the amount of signatures existent a finite number. Overall, a very, very nice piece of history.
