Jacob Beser Signed Card and Check Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic Missions

This is a very nice set of historical memorabilia, with a two piece set with signatures from Jacob Beser, a crew member on the Enola Gay and Bockscar for both atomic missions which hit Hiroshima and Nagasaki in early August, 1945. The signed card is much like a business card, featuring the insignia of the 20th US Army Air Force just above his signature, with his name printed out beneath it. Just below is Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and August, 1945. The check is dated to 9/30 with a paid stamp dated to October 6th of 1969 on it. This check was for $36.03, and is from the Maryland National Bank of Baltimore, Beser's hometown where he moved back to in the mid 1950's after completing his military career. Both pieces are in excellent condition and are authentic signatures on both. Overall, this is a very nice, historically significant grouping that would look very good framed.
