Antique Persian Story Painting "Making Allies"

Here is a nice antique Persian story painting, depicting what looks to be a couple of groups making allies of each other. This painting has a few lines of text which are on the top and bottom of the image, and what looks to be a signature on the right side. The medium of which the paint was applied looks to have rippled slightly with age, though the paint looks to be in decent shape overall, with only some very minor signs of age forming. There does look to be some patchy spots in the upper portion of the painting, as well as a bit of a smear to the text on the bottom. The frame also looks to have some wear around the edges, and looks to have had the metal bar hanger reattached, as it's at an angle where the rest of the framing job appears to be professionally done. The art itself measures about 6 x 9 1/2 with the frame measuring around 12 3/4 x 16 1/2 inches.
