Antique Persian Story Painting "Archers Hunting on Horseback"

Here is a nice, antique Persian story style painting, depicting a hunting party using bows on horseback. This painting has some text across the top, as well as what looks to be a signature on the lower left corner of this painting. It looks like the original medium has rippled a bit, looking to be from age as the matting and framing job looks to be professionally done. The paint shows very clear brush strokes, looking to be lines of thicker coverage, then slightly thinner coverage. Some smaller areas of the painting, mostly on the characters themselves has some mild crackling, another sign of age. The top line of text does have a small spot in it where there looks to be a spot of gray colored paint covering some of the characters. The frame itself has a little wear around the edges, though the glass and hanger look to be in good shape. The exposed painting measures 6 3/4 x 10 inches, with the overall size with frame coming to 13 1/2 x 16 3/4 inches.
