This is a nice hand colored lithograph depicting a scene from Commodore Perry's Expedition to Japan in the 1850's. This is a print of the original drawing from W. Heinz and printed by Sarony & Co. of New York. This lithograph has already been matted with a protective cover, making it ready to frame with a heavy stock backing. It measures 13 x 10 inches. Coloring is present in some areas, with a light brown spot present on the lithograph as well.
