This is a nice piece by Elsie Miller (1916-1988) depicting as the title suggests, a Wyoming Farmstead. This painting appears to be oil on canvas, reinforced with board as the canvas material is a fair bit more rigid than what is standard. This piece looks to be in very good shape overall, with a bit of wear to the frame this piece is displayed in. The signature and title are both present on the back of the framing, possibly from the original signature being hidden underneath the edges of the frame. The exposed canvas measures approximately 19 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches. The frame measures approximately 22 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches.
