This is a very nice piece by Charles A. Morris, a Colorado based artist. This piece is done with oil on canvas, with very active and thorough saturation of paint. The complete layering of pigment on this canvas portrays a beautiful scene of an old wagon in the middle of an autumn forest. His signature is present in the lower right corner, as well as "75" for 1975. This piece is displayed in a frame with extended walls, giving the piece a "settled in" look. The frame itself shows mild wear, with finish and surface wear present. It measures 12 x 16 inches, with the frame measuring 22 1/4 x 18 1/4 inches.
